Very easy to use but very poor performance
I wanted this product as a second heated airer. My first one is a big too big but dries clothes overnight with no problems. This one, even with a proper cover on, had not dried anything after eighteen hours. Everything had a wee dry strip where it touched the airer and the rest was very damp. No matter how well-made or easy to use, this dryer simply did not dry clothes. I sent it back and got a complete refund but had to pay the £13.40 return postage and received no acknowledgement of the core issue. Disappointing all round. One star for the refund.

Works well but not very sturdy.
It dries the clothes faster than a non heated rack. However don't expect it to dry quickly, particularly things like sweaters. Doesn't use huge amount of electric. I bought Black & Decker as a trusted brand but this appears no better than other, cheaper brands. All brands, including this one, are an absolute pain to collapse and set up. The extensive use of plastic, presumably due to keeping weight down, means that the whole assembly is less rigid than it could be.

Not a great product
Have not been able to use this product. Was delivered in an unknown place and Hermes signed for it in my name. Finally found it a week later soaking wet no where near my house. Haven’t been able to try product due to it being wet and is electrical. Seems very unsteady from just taking it out the falling apart wet box. Unable to send back due to nothing to post it back in and I’m not covering the cost. Poor customer service. Which is a shame as feel it could be a good product.

Excellent sturdy but lightweight electric clothes airer. Folds flat easily when notin use.
