Excellant product
Though I was bit skeptical when I ordered this laptop, I was blown away by the overall experience after I received it. Dell Inspiron models used to be 'boring' earlier, but these days, they are as good as you can get. Performance is really good even though it is just an i3 processor.

Big problem of this product
Don't bye laptop amazon..verry bed and bedest product and not good customer service by amazon..I bye laptop 44000 and used only 1 and half year the laptop is not start I checked then all part is duplicate and not company partMotherboard is asslemble and spekers not workingI suggest all costmor don't purchase laptop by the amazon they are not give responsibility and not goog answer the after purchaseI say you purchase big amount item only company showroomI never any others item purchas amazon after this horrible experience 😢 😞 😔 😪 😫

Good Laptop if you know your purpose for use
No backlight in Laptop Keyboard as mentioned in product description.Build quality Ok, but hindge issue may arise.Apart from backlight, all other features as mentioned in description there.Includes MS Windows 11 & free MS office pre-installed.Upon product registration received Dell warrentie for 1 year on this product.

Ming blowing purchase . From internal and external totally good. Build quality, display,MCAfee security for 1.5 years, dell support for day to day update the products. I am able to play fortknight like heavy games in my system

VERY Poor experience
I started using the laptop on February 22,2022 and on April 12,2022 the hinge broke and the gum attaching the screen got ineffective due to which there was a gap and my screen almost broke (thankfully it did not). Also,after using for 1week or so I found that a screw had opened and I fixed it and after that also the screw went missing and has not been fixed yet. Also, when I reached the service centre I got to know that the SSD has been installed externally by the seller as Dell doesn't provide such combination of HDD and SSD and the repercussion of that is the fact that if there is any problem in the SSD I will have to repair that from external sources and Dell cannot be held accountable for that. Also the guy in the service centre informed me that the SSD is not compatible.I WILL NOT RECOMMEND any of you to buy the product from this seller.
