Excellent! Very happy with this purchase.
I purchased this product for PT purposes pre/post total knee arthroplasty surgery. This product is lightweight, well-designed. convenient and able to provide multiple therapy functions related to range of motion, joint and muscle strength, promoting synovial fluid and increasing blood flow. I like the fact it can be used anywhere--carpet, hard surfaces and on top of a bed, sofa, massage table and such. It stays put and glides smoothly. The product was designed by physical therapists which is a big plus in my book. Having worked in the medical field most of my life, using products developed by people who actually do the job make life so much easier. I would highly recommend this product for use after shoulder surgery or injuries as well considering what I had to use after my fractured shoulder and my husband had to use post rotator cuff repair.

Exactly what you need if you've had a knee replacement, or a manipulation after replacement. You are able to do best of flexion and extension with minimal resistance making it easier to bend further. I use for Home PT, but it is great when knee is hurting, you can do 10-40 reps just to loosen & relieve pain. GREAT DEVICE!!!

Very easy to use.
This has been helpful reducing the stress and helping rehab my patients when it comes to shoulder, knee, wrist, and ankle rehab with active ranges of motion. I add ankle weights to help patient progress with light resistance especially for the shoulder and knee issues. A great addition anyone needing to use it at home or for a clinical area. Takes minimal space and using small low tech items to show patients how to keep the body moving shows them they don't need to go overboard in rehabbing themselves and spending money on treatments once they know how to take control of their own conditions.

It makes one of the most important exercises, heel slides, very efficient to perform.
Just got it today. Put it to work for the rehab of my very recent knee replacement. It makes one of the most important exercises, heel slides, very efficient to perform. There are also variations to the basic flat heel slide that look useful for including quads and glutes into the equation. Build seems adequate for its purpose. I’m very happy with what I believe will be a great help to my successful rehab!

So helpful after TTO, lateral release and MPFL surgery
This is really helpful for after an AMZ/distilization (also known as a Tibial Tubercle Osteotomy/TTO) surgery I had that included a lateral release and MPFL reconstruction- I watch bob and brad on YouTube and I’ve used this after I was cleared to start bending my knee by my surgeon - it’s been a week of using this and I’m supposed to bend to only 50 degrees until X-rays but this has helped tremendously and my PT confirmed I can bend to 85 degrees in just a week of using this tool! It’s very light weight, I can use it during work while I work from home, and I can change it to work my quad or hamstring. My range of motion has improved a lot and I don’t think it would have improved as much without this tool. I’m keeping this for future knee surgeries I’ll probably end up having in my life, but I will definitely recommend it to anyone I come across who gets a knee surgery as well. I love this tool, and it’s so helpful- if you’re on the fence, I’d recommend it.

Useful, but annoying
I had a total knee replacement six weeks ago. The Knee-Glide has been great for working on my range of motion. It moves smoothly and gives me an easy way to work my knee while sitting at my desk. It has a stand that swings down and elevates the end of the KG. Great, except it doesn't snap into place. I'll set it up and everything's fine until I try to move KG a bit. The stand collapses, the KG falls flat, and I have to reach down and pick up the KG to reset the stand again. It really needs some way to lock the stand in place. This is annoying enough to drop my rating down to three stars.

UPDATE! Slide for Total Knee Replacement!
We bought this slide after seeing a video by Bob and Brad on exercises for knees. My wife had a Total Knee Replacement in October (now February). We purchased it in June to do the exercises pre-surgery recommended by the surgeon. She has used this slide every day going on nine months, pre-surgery and post-surgery. It is wonderful. With a knee replacement you need to bend the knee to prevent scar tissue from developing which can cause your knee to become locked with little movement. It also helps build the muscles back after surgery. It was one of the absolute necessary items on the list to buy before a Total Knee Replacement. A++++

Really good for early surgery recovery
If you are looking to rehab your knee (post-injury, post-surgery), this is a great tool to help with your range of motion in the critical early rehab phase. I had my knee replaced last December and ROM is important to re-establish. This device helped with that, having an easy glide that allowed to control the extent to which I bent my knee, slowly allowing me to bend my knee more and more. Recommended.

Helpful to Total Knee Surgery recovery, assisting with obtaining flexibility in the new knee joint.
Well-made and a good quality item, too. Arrived when expected, in a sturdy cardboard box.

Knee glad
Hinge to raise the knee glide should lock in place that’s the only beef about it

Very practical and effective equipment
Excellent for exercising after total knee replacement surgery An absolute must Delivery took a very long time, there were multiple delays and that was annoying So if you’re scheduled for a surgery don’t wait, order it in advance
