Well, they are absorbent, but the fit is very strange, cut high on the sides but hang low where the padding is, and the waistband doesn't fit anywhere normal, so I feel these would be prone to leakage at night, which is when I use them. Out of 56 in the package, I now now 54 that I won't use unless I have to, so I ordered RealFit at the much higher price because I know they work well for me. They're not a bad product, but placing them side by side with RealFit is misleading, intentionally or not, so I'm out $40 and am not a happy consumer. Edit: well, they are pretty leak resistant after all so I'm bumping my review up from 3 to 4 stars. They do feel weird-fittng, and it's hard to tell front from back but it doesn't really matter.
