Yes, the machine has a button for milk froth. Place the end of the milk hose into your bottle or container of cold milk, press the button and the machine will dispense hot frothed milk into the jug or glass you place under the outlet.

Can you make hot chocolate ? If so what's the best process on this machine thanks

Yes, basically you can froth the milk so before you put your cup under for the milk just put the hot chocolate you like in cup and stir the chocolate as milk is been added to the cup... add mallows or your desired toppings and enjoy!
