Is there anything in this kit for GM transmission cooler lines?

Yes just about all late model GM vehicles

Does this have a set that works on Subaru fuel lines?

This set is SAE only and is only for Ford, GM, Chrysler

does this works to remove the fuel line connected to the fuel rail in Ford, jeep and chrysler

I've only used it on a Ford F150 pickup, but it worked fine for that.

Will this kit work on 2001 ford excursions and 1999 f350 diesels for all of the hoses and lines, ie: fuel,heater,ac.

I have pulled the engine from a diesel F350 and do not recall any problems. I will stop short of saying it will do all the lines though. I mostly bought this set to get some of the smaller tools, like the jiffy-tite and Toyota fuel line pieces, the set costs about the same as buying those separately. I have found the six white round "a/c" line tools will do a wide variety of other lines as well.
