Amazing customer service and product!
I ordered 2 fishing hats but did not realize that one of them was the wrong color. I went based on the photo shown, but description showed a different color. Anyway, I contacted the company and they immediately replaced the hat. Absolutely love it and I appreciate the service. Will buy again soon! Thanks!

Not as advertised
The picture clearly shows a completely black bill. However, the hat has white stitching on the bill that looks ridiculous.

Non-standard fit
This hat looks nice, the embroidery is nice, but it fits weird. Not sure how to even describe it. It’s like it doesn’t pull down far enough on your head

Terrible hat!
This hat was not like advertised. It had white stitching on the black face of the hat. In the picture there is no white stitching. The logo was creased terribly and rubbed against my head and left a mark. Would not buy again.
