Worth having, you never know

Having just attended a detailed first aid course, and reviewed the paucity of my pre-existing first aid kit, I have added these. A good first aid kit doesn’t need to be a mobile hospital, but some things seem to be foundational. Given the comments from my trainer, and the anecdotes I heard during the course, these would seem to be those. I am a little concerned that breaking into them might take the power of the incredible Hulk, but I am happier knowing I have them and hoping I’ll never need them.

Recommended by a paramedic and ex army medic invaluable addition to Amy first aid kit. Easy to use , multi purpose and designed to apply to yourself if need be Expensive but with a very long use by date and hopefully it will never be needed.

Brought these for putting together several IFAKs for the car, home and work bag. Good strong packaging and good price for the quality.

Seems pretty good and on par with what was used during my medic training but if you want to me to use this in a critical time sensitive emergency, having it in two separate vacuum sealed packs is a bit of a hassle when you’ve only a lot of seconds to play with. If you’re planning on using these, take it out of the outer packaging at least before adding it to your kit. Otherwise, seems like it will do the job.

We live on a farm 7 miles out from nearest rural hospital. These could be life savers in case of a sever injury needing immediate trauma bandage until ER care arrives or you get to it. They are a well proven bandage. If you hunt or work in potentially dangerous environment I strongly suggest these. I personally have had to treat people who have had potentially life threatening injuries right in front of me that I had to apply a blood stop of what ever means I could. I carry in vehical and farm emergency supplies. These are ‘life saviors’.

This is a must-have for any medical or emergency kit. It’s simple, effective, and designed for real situations where you need something you can rely on. The build quality is solid, and it’s easy to apply—even under pressure. It provides strong compression and stays in place, which is exactly what you want in an emergency. It’s compact enough to carry without taking up much space, but incredibly useful when you need it. Definitely one of those items you hope you never have to use, but you’re glad to have. Highly recommend adding this to your kit.

These are a must have for any comprehensive first aid kit. These bandages do not take up much room in a moderate size kit, such as a car kit or a group hiking/camping kit. The sealed package is tough, the pad is thick and absorbent, and the tails of the bandages are long enough to wrap around most people's legs, arms or hands where most wounds are likely to occur on camping trips where sharp tools are usually present. I always have a couple of these in any of my kits that I leave the house with. I even have some in my home kit. ABP is not just a motto, it is a lifestyle. Haha (ABP=Always Be Prepared) ----------------- IN CONCLUSION --------------------------- I consider these bandages and ANY emergency medical training that you can get to just be commonsense. The quality, ease of use and package seal make these bandages and easy decision for a purchase.
