Threan Spirit Board Pendulum Dowsing Planchette Amethyst Set

This is a very nice Pendulum set. Reasonably priced and sturdy on all items. The Amethyst Pendulum itself is very nice. It worked right away too. My only complaint was that they should have put some kind of velcro feet on the Planchett for the Quiji Board. The Quiji Board itself is very nice and you can use 2 sides of it if one side gets used too much and starts to wear. It's very sturdy. Since the Planchett doesn't work well on the Board, I made my own Planchett by using a plastic clear cover from a makeup compact and I put a little dot in the center of it with an Ink Pen and I successfully been using that with good luck.

I saw tons of reviews where the board arrived damaged/bent/warped/broken or missing the planchette/pendulum. I was fortunate enough to receive every piece and all in perfect condition as well as no alphabetical errors on either the ouija or pendulum board. It is a little smaller than a standard Parker Brother’s board but this is actually the PERFECT size for me. It is also thinner, as it does seem to be made of plywood but this is not a deterrent for me, as I am very careful with my boards. I do plan to add my own felt feet to the planchette as well as varnish it to provide the planchette with a smoother surface to move around the board. The art work is absolutely stunning and for $15 I’m overjoyed to have this new piece in my collection. I definitely plan on purchasing the other designs.💜

Very true to quality

For the price, the pendulum was worth it. The rest is very flimsy and rough on the surface, so probably won’t use that.

The crystal is nice, both boards are attractive, however, both are rough. The pointer and board are made of the same rough material. The pointer does not move smoothly on the board. The pointer is more of a crystal sphere holder not for the board. I plan to fix the pointer so it can be used.

Just gorgeous set, and amazing for the price! Real amethyst pendulum! Haven't had it work to contact yet but that's not the boards fault. Lol. Only thing I would change is the piece for the board that you hold (name I can't rem), is just flat.. would be better with some kind of feet on it to lift it off the board a bit.

I bought this as a gift and it was a hit! I was worried because it didn’t look ‘traditional’ but the black & grey was well received. My friend said it was fun and sturdy. It’s a ouiji board so it’s easy to use and functional. It’s also not bulky and easy to store.

Es de madera delgada, le hace falta algún barniz encima, porque se pueden borrar las letras. El puntero no tiene patitas. El péndulo está muy bonito. Es muy sencillo pero para el precio, está muy bien.

The images are beautiful. I really like that the front of the dowsing board is black and the back is white. I wish the ouija board was painted the same way but it's black on both sides. Some people complain about the smaller size and thin (cheap) material, but I actually like the size and there's no need for a big heavy clunky thing. A little sturdier would be nice though. My only real complaints are that they aren't varnished at all and there aren't any feet on the planchette. So the rough unvarnished footless planchette scratches across the board. That would ruin it fast I'm sure. If you only wanted to have it as a decoration then it would be ok as is, but I wouldn't use them without varnishing them. So I did. I used high quality wood varnish. Sadly the boards are so thin and cheap that they warped a bit with the moisture. I also added my own little feet to the planchette. It works great now and I don't have to worry about the paint scratching off. Would be really nice if it came finished and ready to use, but overall I am happy enough with it (after I put the extra money, time, and work into finishing it). Can't really beat the price either...$30 (plus extra for finishing) for something that looks way better than the awful cardboard ones available at local stores for $25-$50.

I purchased this set as a Christmas gift for a friend of mine as she is constantly wanting to use my very old original ouija board. The board is quite small but will be sufficient for my friend. It is a lovely set though.
