2021 - is this one of those china gel polishes with butylated hydroxyanisol (bha), a known cancer-causing agent? legally tested in usa?

It's free of 9 different toxins, as listed in the image, but they make no mention of additional ingredients. I wish there was a list available. "Beetles Gel Polish and all other products are FREE of: Formaldehyde, Dibutyl Phthalate, Toluene, Parabens, Sulfates, Camphor, Triphenyl Phosphate, Xylene and Ethyl Tosylamide."
