Thick mat perfect for my knees
Nice and thick for my knees. I use it fir pilates the green color is so cute and the strap makes it easy to carry. For some movements it's a little hard to stabilize, but nothing too majure.

Nicely thick & cushy
This is the second mat like this. Itโs nice and thick and one side is ribbed for stability. The dog dug into my first one and I immediately replaced it with this same mat
