Excellent product, easy to fit and works well

Bought these to replace a broken fixing - in response to some of the issues raised in other reviews, I also initially thought that the rubber jacket was too big to fit in the hole on my toilet, but pushing it through with a screwdriver got it fitted correctly. When I first fitted the plastic part, it did seem as though it wasn't very sturdy and kept lifting when trying to close the toilet lid, but you need to tighten the screws for a long time to get the fixing secure. Finally the metal caps were a bit loose, but by bending the sides a little with a pair of pliers, they are also now securely on. All in all a good product for the price, but needs a little 'adjustment' to get everything securely fixed

Easy to follow instructions. Perfect for my loo and the awkward lack of space. Only taken me 10 years to find the solution. Very happy now!

Ordered these as replacement to my broken quick release hinge but unfortunately the pin on this is to thick and a bit long for my toilet lid so unlike myself make sure you measure the pin as mine is a 6mm fitting and this is like 8mm and longer. Bit of a wasted buy as thought it was a universal fit

Missing pieces. As you can see only 1 of the black pieces that fix to the toilet in the pack. One of the chrome covers was also missing its protective layer. Clearly pack has been opened before. Not worth the hassle returning. AVOID.

Great quality and simple to use

Seem to work well and hopefully will last.
