This product delivers what it promises. Good for those who are 35 plus and have just started feeling pain in knees and other joints. It's results were quite effective for me. Yes, but it won't help the aged people who have an acute join pain problem or whose knees and ankles need surgery. Works well if you leave it overnight. It's price should have been somewhere between 400 to 500 as it's a bit pricey
