UPDATE FROM ORIGINAL:After I wrote the review from below, the seller sent me a message and wanted to give me a full refund. I mentioned that I really love the keyboard and I just want one that works so they sent me a replacement. I brought it to work and works great. I am very happy with the seller for wanting to solve the issue and resending a replacement. I offered to send the one that broke back so they could see what happened to it and they said no need. I love this keyboard and mouse. I ordered a new one after this one broke and I did like my new one (from a different vendor) but the mouse was tiny and very sensitive. I really enjoy this one and am glad they sent a replacement for me. Highly recommend this keyboard and customer service is on point!Old review:So this worked fine and then I come into work one day and it wouldn’t do anything. I put new batteries in and the light flickered but then it turned off, the keyboard won’t turn on at all and I’m confused. It was great for the month and now it’s not working. I didn’t do anything different so I just think it’s odd. If it was the battery life, I think it should’ve lasted longer than a month but even if the batteries died, why did everything stop working? Is there a way to refresh the keyboard or something??? I turned it off and back on a few times but only a faint light on the mouse went on and then it powered off and won’t work. How do I go about fixing this?

I love love love this key board and mouse set. I got it to replace my current on at work, because the tangle of wires were bothering me. So I mainly got this for the wireless capability, but what I really like about it is the quality. It actually feels nice using it. It's smooth with just the right resistance to be satisfying. It feels quite sturdy as well. And the mouse is the perfect sensitivity for me so I don't feel like it's moving to fast or too slow. Love 💖

They say the third times a charm. That’s true for this keyboard. I ordered and returned two others before getting this one.The other two had serious lag issues. Not this one. It responds quickly to all keystrokes!! It’s reasonably quiet and the keys are comfortable to the touch. Only one thing I’d change are the instructions. It wasn’t clear that there is only one USB for both the keyboard and mouse and or was stored in the mouse. So I’m forced to use a mouse that’s ok, but had to give up one that was great due to this combo. Overall I’m very pleased!

I was optimistic based on reviews however after using this keyboard for less than a month, most of the keys don't register on the first hit. I am out of my return window now and will have to order somewhere else. Do not buy if you want to use this long term!Update: customer service sent a replacement

The keys are not as quiet as other keyboards I’ve had. The mouse is a little slow to respond. I have to click and move it to wake it up from time to time. Overall, they work as expected for the price, I’d buy again.

I had a different set I had used for the past 1.5 years but I started a new job and using a different laptop the keyboard just wasn’t working well and lagging even with brand new batteries. I got this set and they were amazingly well. The keyboard is nice too. No lag.

At first I thought the keyboard seemed small but it is perfect. Keys and mouse are so quiet and love that it is wireless. The pink color is beautiful. Talked my co-worker into getting the teal color and that is beautiful as well. Can't go wrong with either one!
