Steam Water is not boiling. Machine is not working. When I connect with the authority, they have replaced the new one within two weeks. Now it is working. Thank you for the cooperation.

Delivery is too late
The machine is good. And good heating. But the only question is why don't you deliver this product within 2 or 3 days. The product is related to pharma/medication. The delivery is on time but taking 7 days to deliver this product which is disappointing.
