Rather bitter
I had no idea fenugreek could taste different brand to brand. I use fenugreek as a gut cleanser so have a heaped spoonful in my cereal. It is a spice, so you'd expect some spiciness, but this variety is much bitter than ones I've tried before. Not sure if I like it! I may reserve this for my curries rather than for my gut!

This product is quite versatile both the seeds and the water can be used after soaking
I have previously used fenugreek powder in cooking but recently added this form. I usually soak a couple of teaspoons overnight in boiled water. I then add the soaked seeds to a stir fry etc and use the water to make tea, it’s nice added to herbal tea especially ginger and lemon.
