These gift bags were ordered just before the holidays, and they got delivered just in time. We used these to give Christmas gifts to our friends. Now you might be thinking, "Black gift bags for Christmas?" Surprisingly, they worked great. Just added some green and red tissue paper, voila, a classy gift bag. The bags themselves are sturdy and the handles are not the thin cheap string ones. They are thicker and comfortable on the fingers when holding for a long time. The size is also perfect for treats, such as a box of chocolates, a tine of cookies or a bag of coffee. If these were available in different colors, I would order them as well.

These are very nice, sturdy gift bags that will hold up nicely if you'd like to reuse them again and again. As plain black with black handles, they could be decorated for a special person or occasion, or left as is for an elegant (or morbid, if you prefer) presentation. I'm looking forward to having them in my stash for future occasions and getting creative with dressing them up for each special recipient.

These bags are the perfect size for smallish gifts and quick wrapping. A bag, a few sheets of tissue paper, a gift and you're ready to go. The bag is quite thick and the cord is sturdy, though the ends look like they could snap under tension (the ends are held in the bag by a small plastic lip). The cord could easily be bolstered by knotting the end inside the bag. These are perfect to have on hand to ready a gift within a minute!

While these bags aren't Tiffany teal, they sure feel like Tiffany bags. While paper bags don't handle heavy weight well, with the coating that these bags have and sturdy construction, they are able to hold more weight than a standard paper bag. I also like that they come in a large quantity unlike many sellers who charge a bit less, but the quantity is significantly less.

I love these bags. They're made well. I only wish the insert for the bottom was black instead of white but it's all good.

Was perfect for Christmas gifts

A very solid nice looking gift bag that is perfect for handing out at an event. Fits A5 notebooks nicely with room for something small like a candle. The strings feel like shoestrings and make a big difference in a good way. I would recommend buying this.

These are a bit smaller than I expected, but overall are nice quality gift bags for small gifts.
