Where are these made?

The package says “ Made in P.R.C.” which stands for People's Republic of China They are made of wood and some kind of metal. I am sure they would rust if left sitting in water. I tend to clean my tools after each days use and dry them as well. I feel for the inexpensive price and daily care, these tools will last me.
