I love everything about this product. I am typically a supplement snob and usually only by professional grade, glass bottle supplements. Even though this comes in a plastic bottle, I love it because it just flat out works. I find these to be so potent that I sometimes empty half of the powder out of a capsule prior to taking it. Sometimes a half a capsule is all I need. If you're not familiar with passion flower, it works phenomenally to calm anxiety. I find it as effective as the common prescription anti anxiety medicines without the hassles. Unfortunately, it can be a little sedating, which makes it also effective as a sleep aid. These pills are fairly easy to swallow for a capsule. Easy to open so dose can be adjusted. No taste or aftertaste noted. For me, they have a fairly quick onset of 15-20 minutes or so, and seem to work for several hours. I don't notice any lingering after effects or sedation, just a nice calm and relief from my anxiety. These are easy to find and readily available, very reasonably priced and flat out effective. if you're struggling from anxiety, I definitely recommend giving these a try.

I love this Passion Fruit supplement. If I’m feeling anxious during the day, I take just one pill and I feel calm without feeling sleepy. Before bed, I take two pills along with magnesium, it works better than melatonin for me.

Good product

Brings me down a notch at bedtime. But I am quick to get a tolerance to it.

Excellent. Work well

I purchased this on the hunch that it may work to assuage the tinnitus I had been experiencing in my right ear. I had consumed a larger does of a passion flower extract previously, and found that my aural senses became vastly improved - in that I was able to pick up on the sounds on a relaxation cd that were previously subconscious. This was repeated with passion flower, and then tried without, and the sounds became subconscious again. On the theory that the tinnitus I was experiencing was a subjective type, and that the expanded range of hearing potential experienced by taking passion flower would have a positive effect on the subjective aspects of tinnitus, I tried this product. Unfortunately this theory proved to be unfruitful, as the tinnitus remained perceptively unchanged. That being said, I think that passion flower is a reasonable aid in matters of stress relief and relaxation; and this product was delivered on time and was as expected.
