You have to make some changes to fit different pedals unless your pedals are in the shape and size as a Behringer. I returned mine one day after, I did not want to work on that. **Q: are the pedals fixed by velcro or something else/?** A: This board is phenomenal. The pedals actually sit in a foam cutout that you can punch out (or you can customize with a box cutter), and they don't move at all once situated. You can fit different size pedals also. I have a bunch of Boss pedals that fit perfectly, and then I have a Boss Giga Delay that is the size of two pedals, and it fits perfectly. There is no velcro **Q: Does this have a dedicated power source for the pedals?** A: The PB1000 comes with an external power supply, configured to support anything you can fit in the board. It connects at the upper left corner (facing it) with a standard plug. The power supply "wart" provides the AC plug and there's a lengthy plug cord length to facilitate connecting to the PB1000 without getting in your footprint. It's a innovative pedal board that secures your gear from one gig to the next!
