I got poor quality
The bed adhesion was good, which is kind of the only thing I can say about this. I got flesh tone filament to make a ball jointed doll as a nice birthday present for a friend. The first layer printed fine so I walked away. I had to redo several parts of the doll because there were random black bits in the print. When I noticed them at first I thought my nozzle was just dirty from prior prints (I had a bad habit of just jumping into new prints right away with no real maintenance in between). I cleaned the nozzle and the next part came out good so I thought the problem was solved. Luckily most of the next black blobs were either in the middle of prints where I couldn't actually see them or on the raft and supports. I really noticed the black bits when I took the spool off thinking it already needed to be dried before I could use it again due to it popping.

WOW! Awesome price for this high-quality Ataraxia Art PETG filament!
My wife needed some dark brown filament for the outdoor garden-scale railroad trestles she was printing. PETG seems to be the best filament type for outdoor use, so I went looking. It turns out almost nobody produces dark brown PETG filament. I found this filament from Ataraxia Art for $16.99 for a 1 kg spool. At that price, I was quite skeptical, but on the bright side I wasn't out much if it fell flat.Well... I was VERY pleasantly surprised by this filament! The label boldly says bubble-free, tangle-free, clog-free - and that is exactly the experience I had with this filament! It was exquisitely wound, and is a beautifully-uniform looking material, as seen in the photos above. It comes vacuum sealed, and they even provided a separate 2-roll vacuum bag to store it in (designed for use with a vacuum hose). The label says the print range is 200-240 degC. The temperature tower I printed (see photos - tower and bottom) went from 250 to 200 degC. I was able to easily delaminate the tower at 200 and 205 degC, and 210 deg with a fair amount of pressure. At higher temperatures, it was quite solid, no delamination with quite a bit of force. It even printed well at 245-250 degC, which is above Ataraxia's spec'd printing range. Stringing was for the most part very minimal, and might even be improved with a slightly different retraction settings (I used 6mm, 25mm/sec). All of the overhangs printed well, and huge bridges printed well at 235 degC and above. I printed on a glass bed with three layers of hairspray to avoid over-bonding to the glass, which worked beautifully (I did use a brim as this is a TALL tower). If there is a drawback, it's that the dark brown color doesn't sand well, i.e., sanded areas are definitely lighter in color than non-sanded areas. I would guess that's true of most dark-colored filaments, and probably not a fault of this filament.I can't speak to the strength of this PETG compared to other brands as this is my first PETG roll, but I can say it is the STRONGEST (being the only) brown PETG I could find ;-). Seriously, this filament from Ataraxia seems to be a top quality product -- hugely more than I was expecting for the price. I strongly recommend you give Ataraxia PETG filament a try!

No problems
Easy to print with. Recommended print settings are listed on the spool, as well as the weight of the spool without filament which is useful for figuring how much you have left. I liked the "skin" color, which after printing looks somewhat like a light, finished birchwood. I'd probably buy it again but it doesn't seem to be in stock anymore.

Better than TPU!!!
If you’re looking at this filament as an alternative to other flexibles, look no further. Hands down this is the best flexible filament I have tried. Super easy to print, comes out clean with no stringing. I love the matte finish as well.

Nice filament
I tried this filament out with my Ender 3 v2 and after a good bit of trial and error it's working nicely! I had only printed with PLA before so I had to do some research as PETG requires a lot of different settings to work correctly. Once I got everything tuned in it seems to be printing nicely and for the current price I think it' a pretty good value overall.

Prints well and good flexibility, but you MUST have a filament dryer to use this.
This filament is actually quite nice and prints well, once you get it dialed in and assuming you can get and keep it dry. Compared to TPU, this filament has a feel that I really like. Once printed, it is noticeably softer and more flexible than the 95A filaments I typically use, but not anywhere near as soft as, say, Ninjaflex. In terms of tensile strength, it is VERY strong along the filament axis and does not stretch anywhere nearly as easily as even 95A TPU does. With my typical TPU, I can usually stretch the unprinted filament quite a bit by hand, but this stuff simply does not stretch easily, even though it is softer and more flexible. In terms of color, the light brown PLA is probably what I would consider closer to a medium beige, and, when printed is probably the closet look to "skin" than I have yet seen in a flexible filament. I just got finished printing out some creepy hands for Halloween using it and they look great.Print setting wise, I have had my best luck at 190C nozzle, 35C bed, 0.2mm layer height, 1mm retraction at 30mm/s, and 40 mm/s print speed, 100mm/s travel speed, and jerk settings set very low. I am using a 4mm nozzle on Titan direct drive extruder setup. Due to it's flexibility, if the print has any height to it at all, I found that until I reduced the travel and jerk settings, I was getting really odd banding showing up in the print toward the top layers (from where the print itself would flex and vibrate). I also recommend using at least a minimum of 75% part cooling fan, otherwise it has a real tendency to sag along the edges and the results are, well, creepy looking. At these settings, stringing was pretty minimal though there were still a few surface defects, but they were easily cleanable during post processing. One big thing to know about this filament though is how hygroscopic it is. This stuff absolutely LOVES to absorb moisture in very large quantities (honestly, even the nylon filament I use doesn't absorb water as much). When I first opened it (and it had a good vacuum seal on the bag) and went to use it, there was steam coming out of the hotend and actual beads of water running down the filament coming out of the nozzle. I have NEVER seen filament that actually dripped water out of it before. After popping it in my filament dryer at 65C for about 4 hours, it printed pretty well, but not fantastic, and by the end of a 12 hour print, it had absorbed enough moisture again to be obviously affecting print quality and making occasional popping noises. So, I put it back in the dryer and left it at round 65C for 12 hours. After that the print quality was great and I was able to complete a 12 hour print without any headaches, though on my next print it started to get a few minor moisture related defects showing up toward the end.Essentially, if you do not have a filament dryer of some kind, do not even think about bothering with this. It simply will NOT work unless you are able to keep it dry. Also realize that you are going to need to dry it repeatedly between printing or, preferably, keep it in a dry box with desiccant or something like an Easdry style dryer WHILE you are printing. So, this is really nice filament with some really good properties, but just be aware of its moisture issues. As a side note, the filament storage bag that comes with it is really well made and was a very nice addition to go with filament.

Awesome and they didn’t lie!!
I am really stoked about this stuff! And they really didn’t lie about it sticking too well to PEI print beds! Take some advice, don’t print it on PEI.

Gets stuck easy in printer.
Product seems to get stuck in the printer easily. Was not impressed with it.
