Bungee Pupee 6-Feet Up to 25-Pound Small Dog Leash, Black

Absolutely LOVE this leash. It's the perfect size for our 10 lbs yorkie and I really like the "give" that it has when she sees a bird and wants to chase it down. I was using a retractable leash before and this one is so much easier on the arms and hands. I read a few reviews that some people didn't like the handle on it b/c it cut their hand (or gave them a rope burn). I have not had that problem at all, but then again, my little 2-year-old yorkie only weights 10 lbs. I'd buy this again if mine broke.

I purchased this to replace my 10-year old bungee-style leash. Some hardware broke; not the leash. The leash was around 1/2" diameter of soft rubber. I could hold it in addition to having my hand through the strap. The cord on this new one is very narrow (I'm sure it's strong). and it hurts my hand very much -- actually it cuts it -- to hold it when I want extra control. I was very unhappy with it, and I've stopped using it.

If your dog likes to bark and pull when cars or strangers go by, then it's best to hold the bungee leash at about halfway point, especially if your dog is very strong puller. Also, you may want to wear a glove; but has just left one small burn mark that went away quickly for me.. but yeah, glove would prevent that, and possible chemical/allergic reaction one might have.If your dog is Very Strong Puller, then best to order one size bigger than their actual weight

This is a good leash to help with dogs that like to pull, but it is not the best quality. We have a little 12 pound Corgi that we walk with this leash, and after a few months of use the taped portion of the leash, before the buckle, started to break. We have been able to continue using it for several months since, but will probably retire it soon.

I love the bungee! Will never use another kind!
