The initial flavor is fine, but I’m not a big fan of the aftertaste—it lingers a bit more than I’d like. Also, the serving size is three gummies, so you do have to take multiple to get the full dose, which may not be ideal for everyone. Even with those small downsides, they seem to be doing what they’re supposed to, and I do notice a difference when I stay consistent with them. Overall, not bad—I’ll continue using them, but I just wish the aftertaste was better.

Taste was ok if you immediately drink something to wash it down.

These taste pretty good for iron gummies and are not sticky like some iron gummies. I would recommend them! There is a bit of an iron taste but I think that's impossible to fully avoid with iron gummies.

I can't tolerate normal iron. I can't swallow pills anymore, I just start wretching. And normal iron causes my stomach to hurt and then I get horrible horrible constipation. This stuff is easy to take, does its thing, and I have no digestive upset. This is great for someone with iron deficiency or other vitamin issues. For anyone who is suffering from Iron issues, please remember that it takes 6 to 8 months for your body to absorb enough iron this way. If you are suffering from a very, very low iron, talk to your doctor and they can help you with iron infusions instead.

These taste great and I will know their efficacy soon.

I was diagnosed with anemia by taking 3 OF the gummy's every day I have a better blood count after 1 month.
