I began looking for something that would help with gas and bloating that was a natural herbal supplement. I read thru many different types that are out there, and then I came across this one from Hilma. I loved that they offered a 100% happiness guarantee, so I figured what did I have to lose? And because I no longer have a gallbladder, I get gas and bloating regularly with certain foods. The first time I needed them, I thought, ok, here goes, it'll either work or it won't, and I took them because I was hurting terribly. Within 15-20 minutes, I realized I had major relief and I was utterly amazed, because at first, I wondered if some of the great reviews were incentive reviews, but now I'm certain that this stuff really works. I've already purchased another bottle because they work that good.

I purchased these hoping they would help with my bloating, but I honestly wasn’t expecting much because I’ve tried so many products over the years. To my surprise, these have made a huge difference for me. I’m currently on my second bottle and will continue repurchasing. Since taking these, my bloating has improved significantly. I used to feel uncomfortable and puffy after meals, but now I can eat and not feel like my stomach immediately expands. One of the biggest things I’ve noticed is how much flatter my tummy stays throughout the day. The capsules are easy to swallow and have fit seamlessly into my routine. They have peppermint taste. I have a severe case of acid reflux and have had extreme gas and bloating issues for years. I can honestly say that these are a lot more effective than most other supplements I have tried. I was skeptical at first, because I have tons and tons of products, and most of them just have the opposite effect on me- they make the symptoms worse. Many of them cause even more bloating or end up giving me heartburn. On the flip side of that, some supplements I have tried help marginally but don’t eliminate the symptoms. This one pretty much eliminates them PLUS doesn’t cause me other issues. The only advice I have for anyone who wants to try them is to not take them in abundance- just whenever symptoms start acting up- usually about once a day for me. Every twelve hours seems to be good or possibly a little longer. The instructions on the bottle say that you can take up to six a day, but I have learned not to take anything in surplus, since OVERDOING IT seems to throw things off also. I’m not saying it’s a bad thing to take all six but it seems like at two, I’ve pretty much maxed out the benefits. I obviously can’t eat whatever I want with a case as extreme as mine, but using these supplements- as needed- in combo with my regular meds and a strict diet have really helped get things under control for me. They’ve helped me so much that I’m actually much more comfortable throughout the work day than I was, and I have been able to pretty much eliminate flare ups. I don’t know much about this company, but I have a feeling they might have a daily supplement or something that might help to improve my overall digestion. Coming from someone with SEVERE gas and bloating issues - who almost doesn’t respond to anything- this worked for me. I’m really, really impressed with this one. I’ll definitely be researching other supplements by this company to see what else by them I can add to my regimen. Oh and last but not least- this isn’t really important but they have a delicious taste! Kind of tastes like black licorice. Very soothing.

Didn't notice a difference in bloating, but instead of gas I get minty smelling/tasting burps when I take them with an acidic meal. Seems to help a lot with diarrhea. 4 stars for being overpriced. I'd continue buying them if they weren't so expensive.

I was a little skeptical of these when my nutritionist suggested them. I struggle with stomach and GI issues and these have worked so well for me. I recommend them to my daughter who also struggles with those issues and she has had great success using them as well. They are pretty earthy smelling, but other than that they bother me much.

They didn’t work for me. I took 2 at a time. Bloating went down some but it didn’t take away the other issues…took 2 days in a row and it wasn’t enough to fix the issue. Maybe I should’ve taken more? I did like how easy they went down and I liked the flavor in my mouth after I took them. Just wish they worked.

alright so ive purchased this bottle maybe 3x? i deffenitly feel its been working. im someone who bloats from drinking a sip of water. i take it before i eat & i can tell a difference. i will constantly keep buying these. i do wish it was bigger though.
