I absolute LOVE the wooden lid that you can use as a board to cut the bread…I think it’s genius!!!! This box is super well made and it looks divine on my kitchen counter. Also, I really like the air vents…they keep my bread fresh and delicious!! Loooveee my bread box!!

I've always been the type of person to leave a loaf of bread on top of the microwave, but in the past few years, we've switched more from sliced bread towards artisan loaves from our local bakery as part of our move towards buying-less-but-buying-better and needed a better way to store them. Cue the bread box search. Most of the designs seem to cater to the "modern farmhouse" aesthetic, and while there's nothing wrong with that, it's not our personal style at all, so I was delighted to find this one with a more subdued Scandinavian aesthetic which blends more with our home. (Also, who needs their storage to yell "BREAD!" at them in 9000pt font?). One key factor for me was that this box was designed by someone who clearly knows that being fully airtight is NOT the best way to store a crusty loaf as the crust will soften and toughen in that environment. Many other bread boxes overlook this and have no ventilation where as this one has three small holes to maintain both freshness and texture (as best can be expected anyway). It's very well made and not cheap and "tinny". The most surprising thing was just how spacious it is inside. The outside footprint doesn't make you think it'll hold a ton, but I was proven wrong as soon as I started to load it. I comfortably put in a package of English muffins, a loaf of sliced sourdough, and a 1lb boule of pain au levian and had room to spare. Overall, this looks great in my kitchen, neatly tucks away all of the loose items that were cluttering the space, and does it's job beautifully. A bit expensive, but worth it given how long this should last and how much it'll keep the bread in better condition before we finish it.

This bread box is obviously very good quality. It is large enough for a loaf of bread, a package of English muffins, with room for another loaf of bread or several miscellaneous bags (of chips, pastries, whatever). It was shipped in a sturdy box and the bread box was wrapped in two bubble bags. The result is that the bread box is pristine....not one scratch, not one dent. I am so pleased with this purchase, I would certainly buy it again and I highly recommend it!

This breadbox is so useful, perfect for the counter top, easy to clean, and has a cutting board as a lid! It'll fit 4 lhomemade loaves of bread as well.

I keep and artisan loaf and sandwich bread on hand and they both fit perfectly. Cutting the bread in the lid is a really useful design.

Sleek, lightweight & roomy breadbox. Holds 2+ loaves and room for rolls, etc. Wood cutting board cover fits well, maybe a deeper handle to lift off might be better, but I can lift from both sides easily. Happy with purchase.

This bread box looks great and feels sturdy. The wood cutting board top is hefty, smooth, and nice and flat (another box I tried had a thin, warped top). I’m not using this box for bread. Instead, it’s keeping pet treats away from nosy pets. Neither the cats nor dog can left the top without making lots of trouble. Now the various treats and food toppers are corralled, clean and keeping fresher.

The media could not be loaded.  As an avid bread-eater and owner of breadboxes for 2+ decades, this is my absolute favorite! The product is sturdy & the perfect size. It’s a classy and timeless piece that is not only practical but looks great on my countertop. The instructions were easy to understand. There was even a surprise ‘thank you’ note within the packaging which I found to be a thoughtful touch. I hope this seller develops more products in the future, as I would feel comfortable purchasing for myself and loved ones.
