A combination of being launched prematurely into menopause due to surgery for ovarian cancer, and the devastating loss of my Mother, resulted in (amongst many other emotional and physical things), my hair falling out. I mean, I lost 2 thirds of it, it was coming out in the shower, not individual strands but like mini hair extensions as I rinsed out the shampoo. It was horrifying seeing them in my hands. On top of everything else I was experiencing with my health and in my personal life, this felt like a real blow and totally knocked my confidence. I tried very high doses of Biotin and gave it 3 months to work and it did nothing at all. Neither did the ridiculously expensive gummies I then bought from Holland and Barrett (£40 for a month's supply). Ditto growth stimulating shampoo, conditioner and scalp serum (Umburto Gianni Grow Long range; theyre very nice products but no effects on regrowth). Then I stumbled upon these Stemgro trichology capsules, liked the sound of the inclusion of Saw Palmetto as a DHT blocker( because the alteration in my hormones and the horrible stress of bereavement made me certain DHT was at the centre of my hair loss) and I didn't think the price of £14.99 a month was prohibitive (for me). I took them religiously for 3 months and used nothing else to stimulate growth during that time, and the results were so noticeable. I'd cut my hair into a short bob which definitely helped its appearance, and it grew 2 inches in the 3 months, but not just that, I felt the volume increase until I felt like my hair at last was back on track. It was swishy and silky again, too, no more anxiety about seeing it come out during washing. The last tablet I took was September 2022 and sadly my hair has started to thin again. So I'm back placing a subscribe and save order. I've probably made them sound miraculous and I don't mean to do that, other things may have contributed to my hair's health. But they honestly worked for me and as long as I can continue to afford them, I intend taking one a day. I would urge anyone trying a new nutritional supplement or combination of topical treatments to give them a 3 month trial,as I think that is when new hair growth becomes evident.I hope you find success with whatever you try.

Has definitely improved the density of my ultra fine hair, but remember this is not a "quick fix" product - however sensible pricing makes it worthwhile to continue using this product for the long term. I also recommend the 2-in-1 conditioning shampoo from the same company which I use on a daily basis.

They should not have added tumeric.

Smell is disgusting, awful! Tablet’s doesn’t help even with using all three way hair treatment shampoo, conditioner and spray… waste of money , rubbish

These tablets provide a fairly comprehensive dose of vitamins that complement healthy hair, skin, nails, etc, but I remain unconvinced that taking them will result in reduce hair loss. My partner is taking them (balding) and is not of the view that they are bringing an end to gradual but inevitable hair loss. Take the promises made with a large grain of salt and manage expectations accordingly.

Stemgro Trichology Daily Hair Growth Supplements are a great addition to my supplements regime especially as they help my hair to grow in a healthier condition.I found the actual supplement easy to swallow, I would advise making sure you take a large glass of water to swallow the supplements as I did find they did provide a slight aftertaste if I did not swallow them properly.I like the long list of vitamins and nutrients which are contained within the capsule, as they have been proven to help with the condition and growth of your hair.I also like the fact they help my hair grow thicker as well as having quicker growth. My hair has become very fine due to treatment I had to go through and I have been sourcing different products to help with not only the growth of my hair but also the actual strength and thickness of the hair follicle itself.This is an excellent source of vitamins and nutrients to help with the health and growth of your hair, I consider them to be terrific value and would happily recommend them as a good purchase.

I actually noticed a lot of small hair growing so promis of growing new hair was completed by this productI am struggling with falling of hair awhile and I got this product with hope it will help me to stop it or reduce it.After 3 months of using it daily I noticed a lot of small hair growing, so I think it might be due to vitamins (not sure though).I write this review after finishing couple of packagings of this vitamin, it looks trust worthy and from my experience none of the vitamins is not working instantly so it’s better to them longer. In total I was using it since December and I’m planning to switch because even though new hair grew, I want something that will stop hair from falling off.
