Fits over wheelchair completely.
Covering a wheelchair outside to protect it from the elements. I would have bought a much lighter color if available. It is difficult to handle.

I got because the one we use normally is heavy and doesn’t collapse. Been using this one for doctor’s appointments, and fits well in my compact SUV. Plus it’s much lighter than the other one. Stores well covered in the garage when not in use

NOT WATERPROOF!!!
I needed to run an errand where I wouldn't have to get out of the car, so I left my wheelchair on my wheelchair ramp at home with this cover on it. This cover is huge so I made sure the bottom was tucked under the wheels so any wind wouldn't blow it off. The rain was steady but not heavy & I was home in less than 2 hours. The cover was secure & completely covering my wheelchair, but when I took the cover off, there was a puddle of water on the seat! This was the first chance I had to use the cover since rain has been nonexistent where I live so, unfortunately, I can't return it. It took forever to get here &, once it got here, it didn't work as described! Don't waste your time or money!

It's nothing more than a dust cover
Cheaply made, just another dust cover not really made for outdoor use or foul weather...

Very thin material. Should have known better when they didn't mention the mil thickness in the description.
