Another terrific kitchen knife, with good steel and balance, at a decent price.

All I'm going to say is this 6 inch chef's knife is the best I've ever owned and despite having purchased a while ago (forgot to review sadly), it's been absolutely brilliant with every use. The main point I'll make is for what you get, the cutting YOU control, without sudden slipping or skewing, aided by the patterning on the blade (Japanese style engineering), is worth every penny and more. I can't recommend this vital utensil enough.

Great knife. Not too heavy

Blue cut looks amazing and they perform really well as well. Excellent grip on the handle too.

This knife is not as sharp as I expected. It didn't cut very easily through a fresh eating apple and it cut at an angle, meaning that the cut on each side of the blade is uneven.I'll keep the knife, though I also didn't like the plastic safety device. I expected an actual sheath that fitted over the whole blade.

It's sharp and stays sharp during food preparation. Sturdy and easy to clean. The sheath is a necessary addition.

This knife did disappoint me a little. I did not expect it to be something really good what so ever based on the priced. First of all the handle being metal makes the knife a lot more heavy than it actually should. Looks wise I don't have a problem, The packaging it arrived in was also good + we get a knife cover which is always good to see. But I was kind of disappointed by the sharpness. It struggles a lot cutting through hard vegetables such as carrots. Maybe it's not meant for a chef like me but for a normal person it makes a decent gift. I gave mine to my mother!

Il est juste parfait une coupe de ouf en revanche comme pour les deux autre couteau quand on regarde le descriptif on ne vois que le couteau dont il est sujet je pensais que c'était pareil pour le tout petit alors que non pour le petit on voit les trois en même temps du coup j'avais mît en attente et quelque mois plus tard dans la précipitation je pensais que je commandais le lot alors que non donc ne pas ce fier au images !Mais le couteau lui est extraordinaire et très jolie je vais donc acheter le grand sans dents
