The sectional was delivered to my apartment by Frontline Freight and even though they told me it would be left on the curb (I was not aware of this before), the delivery driver was kind enough to assist me in getting it through the door.It was simple enough to assemble, however we have more Velcro than cushions. For some strange reason, the packaging contained 5 cushions when there is a space for 6 and there is no way to organize it so that is doesn't look like something is obviously missing. I have emailed the seller, so I will update this review when I receive a response.In addition to the missing cushion, it is really low (my fault for not paying attention to measurements), has no depth and generally not comfortable at all. I don't know if it needs breaking in but sitting in it right now is not something I feel encouraged to do.--------------------------------------------------UPDATE:I changed my rating from 2 to a 3.5 because the seller was extremely accommodating when contacted about the missing cushion. It took some doing to figure out which one was missing because they are all different sizes but once that was concluded, the cushion was shipped pretty quickly (I have now added the picture of the complete chair).Additionally, the comfort has improved so it does require some breaking in. It is most certainly not a lounge chair but it's not horrible. It fits nicely in the space and has good aesthetic appeal.

This is the first time i ever bought furniture online and i will say that i have mixed feelings. The good thing about this purchase was the price and short time it took for the sectional to be delivered. The delivery got delayed due to a snow storm. But what i didn't expect is while over the phone tl set up an appointment for drop off was to be told that i have to help unload it from the truck since there was no ramp to slid the boxed down. When it came time to do this the driver of our order was rude and just slid the boxes off the truck and just let them fall in the street and didn't even help bring them inside. Idk why this order had to be done through roadrunner but there service was terrible. The couch was easy to assemble, came in three large boxes. You might be confused as to where the legs and pillows are to the couch. all of that is stored in tbe bottom of the couch and chaise. It might not seem like theres holes for the legs also but there are! They are small and take time to find. Also the way that the sectional attaches to the sofa is by to metal laches i recommend to connect them before you put on the legs. Now, the most upsetting thing was that our ottoman broke INSTANTLY upon opening it slowly. The nails that hold the hinges just ripeed out and now the Ottoman will not close properly. Thankfully the company that shipped the sectional were very kind and have a new ottoman on the way without making ship the other one back. Overall, good purchase, rude delivery, but amazing customer service!

Basically I am very pleased with this purchase with a couple exceptions. First the pros: The delivery was excellent. The driver braved the two sets of stairs in order to deliver it to my apartment door. It arrived 5 days before it was expected. The sectional fits very nicely in my tiny living room and looks very stylish and modern. It sits low to the ground which makes it easy for my 13 year old lab to get up upon and down off the couch. The faux leather is quite nice and appears to be very durable. The seats are firm and the removable back cushions are nice and soft. It looks much more expensive than it was.Now the few cons: There are no screw holes in the ottoman so the legs cannot be connected without drilling holes. One of the right couch metal tabs that fit into the base was bent upon arrival so it was quite difficult to unbend it by myself. The black and white pillows are quite cheap looking and feeling. I am a disabled woman with only partial use of my hands so it was a challenge assembling the sectional due to the lack of drilled holes and the bent tab, but I was able to do it by myself.

Bought Dec 20 2019. Today is April 20, 20204 months old.This sectional arrived and the truck delivery and was curbside delivery. Which is fine.The couch is the exact size I thought it was.And fit perfect. And the pleather has held up well against husky puppies playing on it.Easy to assemble. A piece of the back was a little bent. But we made it fit.The ottoman storage can hold a small throw blanket or the two small pillows it comes with.But.......This couch is vary firm. No softness about it.The cushions have become extremely flat, from sitting on them.AND ITS ONLY 4 MONTHS OLDGood for a decorative couch, for company that rarely come over. But. Or good for family couch of constant use.Would not recommend for a family couch that gets used

I have used this sofa for a year now and also moved to a different State. This looked beautiful in my previous home and looks more beautiful at my new home. It is sleek and comfortable as well. Super easy to assemble. Definitely worth its price.. love it!

The delivery of the package was in 3 box’s. One had a small scratch on the side but it was in a good spot no one can see it. It’s firm but softens up after you use it. The 2 extra pillows are a black and white checkered and random. Easy to assemble!!! but the couch does it’s job for the amount of money it is.
