Style House 1.25” Professional Styling Iron (Black)

I bought this at a grocery store from someone representing "Stylehouse" and selling it within the store. The one she demonstrated had floating plates, which was a big advertising point for her. It was her last day at the store, and when I got home and actually opened the product this one doesn't have the floating plates. It straightens fine, but the thing pulls hairs out when I reach the ends of my hair with it. Will totally put you in a bad mood, especially first thing in the morning. I wouldn't buy one just for that reason. Something in the design of those plates is wrong.
