Great product and customer support. The first set of shelves I received were defective and their customer service team was quick to send me a replacement. I'm very happy with the shelves - they are sturdy and easy to install and adjust. I'm not very handy but I was able to mount it above the window myself rather quickly. Adjusting and leveling the shelves took more time than the actual install. I use the shelf for my succulents since I only have 1 window in my house that receives bright sunlight. I'm very happy with this shelf unit, especially compared to an identical product on Amazon that is priced much more. I hope this seller offers 3 or 4 tier shelf options in the future.

They are very easy to install, and come with everything your need except for possibly a Philips screwdriver and hammer. I get compliments on them from every person who enters my apartment. I had three of them up in my previous apartment and just bought one more after moving into a place with a wider window. The older ones are still in excellent condition after two years. The newest one appears to be exactly the same, even though this is a different seller. I have hung these in south-facing windows and had thriving African violets, cyclamen that bloomed continuously for nearly a year, and every kind of herb. Having a window full of beautiful plant life, even with a foot of snow outside, brings me unspeakable joy.

I found the shelves extremely easy to install...moving the shelves up on the cables was a bit tricky....trying to get them even!But the level u included helped a lotMy biggest problem. Is finding something to cut the extra cables??????? As you can see I tried thing them!! None of my wire cutters will cut them!!Since they are new and I haven't placed anything on them yet I can't comment on durability.

This is the perfect solution for all those extra plants in your apartment that all need to be by the window. I love the acrylic shelves since it gives the impression that the plants are floating. I had an issue with the support rod -- customer service was quick to respond and ship a replacement sigh right away. The directions are a little confusing .. The three whole on the wooden rod do not line up with the plastic rod but we found a quick work around.

The wood that came with the shelves was warped. I was able to make it work but it was a little bit of a struggle. The pre-drilled holes didn’t line up with any on the bracket so I made my own.I do really like the fact that these can hang in my window and not block the sunlight for my other plants. I’ve managed to fit 4 orchids in 3 to 5 inch pots on each shelf.

They do exactly what they say they will and they look good doing it. The installation is super simple. The only tricky part is adjusting the higher and keeping everything level...but they include a nice level to make the job a little easier. Very satisfied.

I absolutely love this piece, it really brought my room together! Looks exactly like the photo. 3 stars because it was missing ALL hardware. To avoid the hassle I just used my own but keep in mind that is a possibility.

Love these shelves. Fit perfect in my kitchen window. Did a Christmas decor with poinsettia and lights. Really cute. Can’t wait to get started on my herbs ..
