Very Happy with GlocalMe......
We go to Parker and Havasu a lot in the summer. The camp ground we stay at do not have cable or WI-FI. This product has worked perfectly.

Don't waste your time. Terrible product and even worse support.
I've spent literally hours with online support trying to get this to work. Oftentimes though it's basically support by chat, at times they'll ask something, I'll respond, and then nothing for hours. When trying to explain the problems, their response is take a picture and send it to them. They claim you can do that in the app, but it never worked. When I tried to go to their website, all I'd get is a message that the site couldn't be reached and it timed out because it took to long to respond. I told that to support and they told me to take a picture and send it to them. Then they tell me to update the firmware and I asked how can I do that if I can't connect to their website. Again, take a picture and send it to them.In the end, I could never get this to work. I see it's currently unavailable. Guess too many people had problems with it like I did.

External SIM Fails - MintMobile
My MintMobile solution has failed on this router. ‘External SIM for improved flexibility’ is not true.It was to be my solution to get rid of cabled COMCAST for an inexpensive MintMobile non contact solution. MintMobile does not appear to be the problem. The SIM connects just fine, but the router will not route the data through the device. I suspect they want to sell you their service and not a competitors cheaper service.Boooo

Download the App and used it to setup your device.
Product is used for traveling and backup internet. Would be nice if it had a signal level Indicator for placement near windows for best signal.

Great product
I used to use Spectrum for my wifi and I was spending 3 times more than what I’m spending now. Great product.

It’s good service but not sure if it’s good on the road.
Good service but it is expensive third party of at&t at least in New York it is. But very pricey plus.

Works great. Use it for wifi in remote site.
I would buy again.

False advertising this product is not 5g
