Here is my simple review. I bought 2 pairs of these extenders for a video production via Atem Mini. The ethernet cable i had was about 40m and the units work like a charm. No issues that I could think of. Audio/Video had very little latency (most of the latency came from camera's HDMI output). The only slight con is that these units require power on both ends. So you have to plug it into some sort of wall power.

Really cool. I use this too send HDMI video from my PS3 to my monitor and capture card. I also use the optical audio out to feed into my Astro Mixamp. Works great!

No lo probé en 4K pero en 1080p funciona perfectamente y no se calienta, lo único es que es un poco sensible a las radiofrecuencias, o sea si tienes un radio potente (walkie-talkie) y lo usas muy cerca a 1 metro hay veces que se pierde la señal. Solo te alejas un poco y listo. Fuera eso nada funcionó perfecto por 12 horas seguidas 3 dias seguidos.

No problems so far. I wish i had got a slightly different model, but it still works fine for my purposes. And no problems. Its working well. It was taking up space on my desk till i mounted it using those velcro command sticky strip things (which i just cut to size and shape with scissors).

Tried to use this with a 100ft cat 6 cable and was able to get a video output but it was constantly flickering every 5 secs then will completely turn off. Not sure if I have a defective unit as I had to use it on a venue less than 75ft away where I set it up but ended up using 2x 50ft HDMI since this did not work properly. Will be doing more test to see if it works with other ethernet cable that I have. If it ended up the same, then probably will return it.
