A Low Carb Godsend
Being someone that is bread obsessed, I am incredibly picky about my bread substitutes, often times being horribly disappointed. These were so easy to make, delicious and fluffy, and totally exceeded my expectations. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone embarking on a low carb journey. Even my Husband and Daughter loved these.I recommend adding your own herbs like Thyme or Rosemary, or maybe an Italian seasoning blend. Regardless, the flavor is excellent.

I never expected these to be so good
There was nothing about these that I didn’t like, but maybe that’s because I’ve been GF for 11 years now - and I HAVE to be GF. Finding good GF and Keto items has been really hard. They came out a little dark but they were by no means burnt. They had great texture and taste. I really enjoyed these. Of course, they’re a little pricey, but I need to be GF and my husband’s a diabetic, so…what else can I do? And he enjoyed these almost as much as I did knowing they weren’t going to elevate his blood sugar. Win-win! Can’t wait to try their lemon cake and snicker doodles :-)

pretty good, best so far but NOT zero carbs!!
edit: made these again but mixed by hand this time. these were still good but, not as fluffy good as they were when mixer was used so best to use a stand or hand mixer..came out a bit darker than expected, they where so before the recommended cover with foil paper at 30ish minutes to avoid it. Still it did not make them taste burnt or make outside chewy & dry at all.. I was worried about there being stevia in it since my tastebuds tastes stevia as a chemical taste but, i didn’t taste it at all in this mix.. this was my first time using this mix so i used stand mixer on low & low medium (#1 & then #2 on mine) but, you really don’t need to use a mixer at all, batter will be easy to mix by hand next time for sure.I made 6 buns using a muffin pan and they came out great baking them the full 55 minutes recommended for 8 large buns.. Buns came out a little moist inside when eating warm but, they didn’t stay moist after letting them totally cooled.. Was super yummy warm with kerrygold butter on them and even yummier when dipped in my coffee like i use to love doing with french bread in the past.. Texture, and even taste really, is definitely the closes to real bread then any other keto mix i’ve tried. Not to mention this mix is actually a true keto bread mix, no wheat/gluten used in it like others!!i tested my fasting blood glucose beforehand and was 86, 30 minutes after eating one bun with just kerrygold butter, i tested at 107. ate another bun with butter and almost 3 hrs later my BG was 74 (around my normal non-fasting numbers if eat barely any carbs). this lets me know this mix IS really keto friendlyFOUR STARS ONLY because this mix is NOT zero carbs period!! adding fiber flours/etc to the almond flour used in this mix does NOT make the carbs in the almond flour go away.. i find doing this and claiming a product is zero carbs to be very deceptive!! and technically even though most liquid egg white labels say 0 carbs, there IS actually carbs in it when used in larger amounts than label serving..CON: on some bites, it feels like i chewed down on a tiny rock/sand, i gather its from the almond flour used in mix that has tiny shell pieces in it!! still this wasn ‘t enough to stop me from ordering 3 more bags and then next day go to their site and order a few other true keto products they make, and its a lot of them!!!

Buy it!!!! The best I have found!!
This is the best I have found. Easy to make!! I read a review that one person made 6 buns instead of 8- so I did the same. The buns rose and ended up being a little too big lol. So make 8- you can freeze them. These are soft, fluffy, and taste good. I have tried other mixes and this is the best. If they start to get too dark when baking- lay a piece of foil on top of them for the last 15 minutes of baking.

Phenomenal!!!
This product is amazing. I have never, in my life, been this pleased with the results of a pre-fab baking mix.Cons:- The buns did end up kind of soggy inside? That is pretty typical of such an egg-heavy mix, so I wasn’t surprised, and a few minutes in the toaster oven (open-faced) took care of that problem easily enough.- The flavor, by itself, was a touch sweet for my tastes, so I personally would not be able to use this mix for dinner rolls. As hotdog buns however? Perfection. Couldn’t taste that slight sweetness at all through all the toppings. Honestly forgot about it until I sat down to write this review.Pros:- Literally everything else!- They look like hot dog buns. THEY LOOK LIKE HOTDOG BUNS!!!!- I sliced them about ¾ of the way through, and then when I opened them the uncut side stayed together? So I didn’t even have hotdog condiments spilling all over my hand as I ate???- The texture is soft, but has just enough chew to feel substantial, which is quite the achievement.- THEY LOOK LIKE HOTDOG BUNS.I can’t even begin to express how ecstatic this product made me. I already bought two more bags, and have plans to try making hamburger buns next! I’ve been trying for years to find hotdog buns that are Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, AND Low-Carb, and I had completely lost hope that I would ever achieve anything even remotely this good. I’m just so happy!Note: I did add an extra ½ cup of Egg Whites, because the packaging said to do so when using a mesh silicone mold.

These are the BEST keto buns. Delicious!!
This is the best low carb bread mix I’ve tried. It looks and tastes like “real” bread. The texture is soft and has a nice chew. The 2 buns pictured have sesame seeds and flaked salt sprinkled on before baking, and butter powder after. They freeze well and return to a just-baked state after a few minutes in my toaster oven. Delicious!
