Easy clean up
These bags worked great in roasters with 5 gallons of green beans, 3 gallons of canned potatoes and other roasters with half chickens in them. To prevent sticking to the outside of the roaster I did not tuck the bag over the edge of the roaster. Instead I made the top of the bag stand up. I had no trouble with it sticking inside the cooker but the highest temperature I used was 250 degrees. Clean up was simple as I just took the bag out and discarded it.

Easy to use and sturdy
I loved how easy they were to use . I was canning salsa and chili base and it was so easy to clean up after using these instead of having to scrape the pan. Tip us to put water between the liner and the pan . So liner doesn’t stick to pan .

These do not melt !
Cooking soup in a large roaster is a breeze with these liners. They come right loose from the sides for cleaning with no problem. Works better than most.

Great product
These work as described. We use them for cheese and chili beans during a festival. Normally our warmers run all day so the cheese and chilli is caked on the pan. Clean up was a lot easier with these. One of our warmers accidentally got moved to 450 degrees and the bag did melt on one side but it wasn't too hard to take off. I recommend keeping them at around 350 max but I think the bags are rated for higher temp. Overall very easy to clean up compared to not using the bags. Will definitely use them again.

THIS product is the one you want!
We've all had those liners that stick to the sides of your roaster and ruin them. I read the reviews, I know some people had that issue with these, BUT, others swore to simply follow the package directions. I did. I hosted a fantastic event, which included 6 large roasters...and these liners. I had not a single drop of yuck in the bottom of ANY of my pans, not a single one of the liners ripped/stuck/melted/glued to the roasters. As directed, I pre-heated for a couple minutes, added 6-8oz water FIRST, then the liner, AS DIRECTED. Allow me to add, that if you put a glass of water UNDER the pan (into the actual well of the roaster), it will help to eliminate any "hot spots" that may scorch. We tossed all 6 bags, unbroken, into the trash at the fair, and dumped the little splashes of water...and BAM! No mess. No tears. No scorches. I also want to add that we were running behind while cooking, and needed to turn up the temp of our pans, which meant we needed to stir the meatballs OFTEN so they didn't scorch (we used a wooden spoon to stir). These liners held-up. THESE are the roaster liners you want. Preheat, add water under the pan and INTO the pan, insert liner...and have a great function!

Worth the price!
Our church supplies breakfast to a homeless ministry once a month. We have three older electric roasters. These liners are excellent for when we alternate scrambled eggs, sausage patties with biscuits, and sausage gravy with biscuits. We were always spending so much time cleaning and scraping off the egg and gravy mess when we returned to our kitchen and our sinks are not very conducive to that. All we have to do is wipe them out with a moist cloth! As for the issues others have had, we do not keep our temperature high because we do not use our roasters to actually cook our food, just to keep it warm... Also, water is supposed to be added between the plastic liner and the roaster pan.I forgot once and it did indeed just begin to stick but my partner reminded me! I'm so thankful!I also forget to add water between the roaster pan itself and the heating unit... I wonder if that is the problem with some of the others who have so many issues? We rarely take our roasters above 350 though.I hope my review helps. We have had wonderful success with ours. Having our minister and one of the elders there working closely with us and doing part of the clean up before we bought these, there was absolutely no problem getting approval in the budget for the expenditure. 😆Happy cooking!

Buyer Beware
I wish I never even tried to use this product. I tried to take the shortcut to cleaning (the part we all hate) and now I have ruined my roaster basin. I was a good ol' boy and waited until it was sitting idle at 325 with a curd and used roaster basin to avoid heating spikes and new usage issues. What did I get for doing what I was told? I was blessed with melted plastic on nearly each of the 4 sides and into the corners...and it doesn't come off. They tell you in multiple places on the box and packaging how to handle WHEN the liner melts (which don't work mind you) and that should have been the indicator to me that they don't work. But like an idiot looking to cut some corners I forged ahead and now I am filled with regret like a bad hangover Monday morning at the office. It has taken me hours to try and get the melted plastic off and I still don't have half of it off after multiple soaks. If you can keep moisture between this liner and the basin in 100% of the contact places then maybe, just maybe, it would work. But that is impossible to do for the sides and corners. I would suggest you continue with cleaning out these basins without a liner and stick with grumbling about how bad it sucks throughout the whole process. The alternative, at least with this product, will leave you spending 10 times more time trying to get some (you won't get it all off kiddos) of the melted plastic off the basin. If I could go back I'd trade my current state for a swift kick in the teeth rather than use this product again. In conclusion, because I couldn't go any lower than a 1 I begrudgingly gave it that high of a mark.

Not for high heat
Works well on low heat. Higher than 250 and they kelt onto the roaster.
