At first this little razor performed as expected but after two usages the razor is too weak to perform as expected and will not hold a charge. I've bought two of these razors before and were satisfied. They both require batteries but this third one is rechargeable. I don't know if that makes a difference or if it is just a bad one. I'm asking for a refund and will purchase one that requires batteries.

Pros:- rechargeable- pretty color- came with a cute, good quality travel pouch and cleaning brush- works well- easy to clean- compact and easily a “purse essential”Cons:- no replacement heads included- charging cable does not come with a charger block to use in a regular outletOverall:Amazing value for the price. Unsure about battery life as I have not had it long enough to determine this.

Over the years I've had a few of these. I keep trying to love this one but it's never gonna happen. It is very easy to use, very easy to turn on and off. Very easy to take apart and re assemble. Easy to clean. Also very easy to remove skin off your chin, get ingrown hair and a rash. It more pulls the hair then cuts them. This 1 is not for me and will continue to look

Well I must say I use this 3 times a week after my daughter talked me into getting my upper lip waxed (Didn't need it but she felt I did it was a shade darker then blonde) After the waxing it grew back Long and Dark. This cute handy thing is a life saver.

It definitely works however you have to go over the sections many many times. It’s good for the price but honestly I feel like spending just a few more dollars on a better product word be better. Charging is great for me it’s just the fact you have to go over and over and over on a part on your face until the hair is all gone
