Oscillating 6 Inch Grow Tent Fan with Grip Clip Fits 0.5”-1.2” Grow Tent Poles with 2 Speeds and Oscillation Feature (Blue/White)

A little bit under 3 months on the first one and it broke. Second came broken and the third attempt and not 3 months goes by and the Oscillating function is done with. Bummer too, it moves a decent amount of air, But a non Oscillating fan is more or less useless for this application.

I bought two and one of the twos oscillating function broke in 1 week. I ended up putting in for a replacement but just kept it so ended buying three total. Now I have 1 that turns on but no oscillation and the other two are completely dead. Died within a couple weeks after the return policy was over. DO NOT BUY IF YOU WANT S PRODUCT THAT LAST MORE THEN A MONTH

It seems quite sturdy and is very quiet. I was glad to find one that oscillates. The clamp grabs onto something vertical so you need a pole or stand of some kind. I happen to have a photography light stand but anything vertical would do. One minor issue to watchout for: I clamped it to a small diameter stand and the subtle vibration of the fan running caused it to very slowly slide down the pole. I then clamped it on above a telescoping section so it had an edge to hold it there. You might have to attach something to whatever stand you use so it doesn't slide down over night. Its nice to have a small quiet fan that oscillates and is gentle on the seedlings.

One of the two fans purchased stopped working already. If you wiggle the wire it will start and run for a few minutes. A little disapointed, glad I bought 2.

I bought two of the small oscillating fans because of the size and the price. However, it’s not worth either and the second one has stop isolating, and when I opened my grow tent, I noticed that it was stuck in a fixed position. I played with the oscillator plunger, and you can hear that there’s something thats not right with the motor of the isolation unit plus this fan is much warmer than the other fan.It would be worth it to spend the extra money versus risking a grow to save 50 or 60 bucks. My concern is that when you look at the video you’ll see that when the fan tries to isolate it bogs down the motor and you can hear the resistance in the fan that means that there’s a high risk that this fan could catch fire or burn up.This is a very cheap fan.

The fan locks on to the metal poles inside the grow tent. Works easy. Two speeds. Low high. It oscillates which is very needed.

The oscillating function stops working after about a month in the tent. Same thing happened to my replacement. Not rubbing on anything, just all of a sudden starts clicking and stops oscillating. Garbage

Fan itself works great, however after 2 days; the oscillation no longer works. It only makes a clicking sound. If you don’t care about the oscillating part, the fan will work.
