very sturdy and prettyfeels great to the touch

When purchasing a Kindle (to reduce eye strain and have something lighter than my phone), I looked at potential cases. I wasn't sure if I wanted one or if I was just going to have fun and put stickers on the back (I have some that I have been saving). There were some okay cases that were more of a stick-on style that I looked at. eh. maybe.When I FINALLY decided on my choice for Kindle, this cover popped up as an option (I hadn't seen before) and I grabbed it because I really liked it. I wasn't sure if it was a stick on type or an actual case. Figured I might have to return but I went for it.So glad I did! It is wonderful. It is form fitted. The Kindle slides in easily (just put bottom in first), doesn't interfere with the screenprotector. If I wanted to do stickers on back or kindle for when take out of case - I could. Has a pleasing texture - although the edges might have future wear & tear. The design is great with all of the different elements. There is a hint of pearlescent sparkle that you can't really see in phontos well. It just makes me happy every time I see it. It folds back easily and doesn't add a bunch of weight. I really can't express how much I love this.I find myself taking lunch breaks instead of working through on work days because of its siren's call to read and relax.If you like it in the picture (skull with flowers on a black background), I am reasonably sure you will love it in person. I love this case so much that I bought it again when I upgraded from my 7 year old Kindle to a current model that's slightly bigger and required a new case. It does everything I need it to do, keeps my kindle screen safe, adds almost no weight, and looks cool doing it. It's durable, too!

This case for the Kindle Paperwhite is absolutely gorgeous! It fits perfectly and adds a touch of elegance to my kindle. I’m really pleased with both the design and the quality.

I love the beach scene, being a beach lover, it's great. It's has a matte finish and a secure closure. So far so good.

I already had a Paperwhite case, but it was a bit bulky and also had a strap/stand on it. I did like them, but didn't really like the bulk and figured if needed I could always lean it against something.Mainly I bought this because I LOVE the print. In the product pic, it looks dull and faded, but in real life it's very vibrant.My Paperwhite fits snugly in this case, and I have more access to the front, making it easier to use a page turner.Sleep and wake functions work perfectly. When I first opened it, it seemed floppy and like it wouldn't close sturdily, but once the Kindle is in, its a secure closure.Overall, my favorite cover!!

Just back from a 2 week cruise - used every day - thin but tactile, easy to grip. Bought the world map design and like the print.

The case has a cute design and works well for my kindle. My only issue is that it's a very slick material and it makes gripping the case one handed difficult. Wish it had an elastic band or something to hold it onto your hand or something. The inside that touches is screen is nice and soft and interacts with kindle well as far as I can tell.
