Works very well. Got it because my hair was too hot to touch while styling. Used this glove to hold hair and help wrap hair around the curler. Only complaint (not really) is that the glove is a one size fits all and is fairly big. I have medium sized hands and they are big on me. Doesn't interfere with anything but just makes me a little more clumsy than I already am.
