Good for 7 and up but not early kindergarten or pre-schoolers. There is too much reading and rules for the little ones. They get discouraged. The 6 year old I nanny loves yoga but she tried playing this game and quickly became disinterested.

4 1/2 yr old really loved playing this! Hooray for YOGA and board games!
My daughter loves playing board games and adventure. There are two aspects to this game that my daughter and I enjoy. One is the quest to reach the finish and make it through each area (water, jungle, traps, etc) and the second is the yoga aspect. Very creative and clever activities (yoga poses) you do with each card in order to reach the next area on the map. I nice alternative to our main staple of board games where we sit for long periods. This game gets you moving and laughing!

This game is such a wonderfully creative and educational experience. I love tit's active and interactive in a positive way!! It's an adventure that is so fun to come back to play again and again.

GREAT GAME FOR ALL AGES
Bought this game for my Niece and her 4 y.o. grandaughter. They had so much fun playing it and after they were done, her granddaughter said "Gammer, now I play it by myself". She was having too much fun!!
