Q: How do yoy hang the lids?

If the lid has a handle rather than a knob., it can slide down the handle of the pan and hang.

Q: Mine came without instructions. Does anyone know where I might find a copy online?

Q: How much weight does it hold with all 8 hooks used?

I don't know the answer but I am sure the device is strong enough to take any weight. The problem I had is that a few of my pans are bigger than the device and once connected to the device they would drag on the bottom of the cabinet. And they seem to have no provision for the lids but I worked that out. If I had to buy the product again; I would.
