Bought for a 3 storey house, I have my router on the top floor due to having the cctv set up in my bedroom wardrobes, I got this for the middle floor so the internet signal now goes to all floors and sometimes outside at the rear of the house, it’s was sooooo easy to set up and virtually plug and play, just making it a tap to accept it on the main router, no problems at all after nearly a year.

Fantastic product. Set up in a jiffy. Press the WPS button on the back of your router and hold until the router flashes colour, then press the WPS button on the device and you're good to go. It's important to ensure on first setup, you do the WPS connection next to your router - give it a few minutes and once its connected (you'll see lights which weren't there before light up) unplug your range extender and then take it to where you need it, turn it on and give it a few minutes and you're good to go!

Set up a little tricky but otherwise boosts signal as described. Those with larger houses or say gamers requiring higher bandwidth/speed may well need something different.

Very very easy to setup and after a month or so it has drastically improved the reliability of the WiFi connection for multiple devices in a room that is otherwise a blackspot for the standard WiFi router. Only downside is that it is WiFi5 only, but given the price that is a fair trade, and now having tried this one, if I were to buy again I'd be confident enough in the reliability to spend a little more for the WiFi6 and higher speed version.

Sadly, despite what others have said, this product is not easy to install. The item was missing a critical QR code so that method was not feasible. We tried downloading the manual but received error code 404 page not found. With the help of a more IT enabled friend, we thought we had connected using WPS. We were of course mistaken. The new network she set up was not showing on the list of available connections. There was no sign of any telephone number in the documents to call for assistance. This is so common now, indicating that customer service across many companies is not so important. I shall be swapping to different brand. Good luck if you decide this is the one. It certainly left me frustrated and annoyed.

This is not Plug-and-Play; you need to download an App. More Passwords and Logins. Worse still - when the Internet Provider (Vodafone) went down yesterday it did not automatically reconnect once the Internet was restored. It was impossible to log onto the Extender but the tried and tested method of unplugging and replugging worked OK. The range is no more than the cheaper extender I already have. In summary, too complicated for it's own good.

Does the job of boosting wifi signal to support a desktop PC with weak wifi receiver.

Really easy to configure with my router and the separate SSIDs for 2.4 / 5 Ghz devices was great for reducing device disconnects.

Doesn't make that differene for s home that has walls and partion, good in the open space more.
