good quality item
at this time the posted price is approximately $36, i think that it seems like a pretty fair price for how big this is and it is well made. it would have been nice for the seller to include suggestions for use, but i am going to have a nice time searching through the internet to find stretches and exercises. i thought this was a unique product that would go along nicely with my "regular" sized resistance bands.

Will get you bouncy as
The band feels extremely smooth and high quality. Very versatile, you can use it for loading up on pretty much anything. Great for resistance on plyos.

Excellent Quality
Great product and excellent quality. Before these bands I would loop multiple bands together because I needed them to be long. With these bands, I can just use one now and it works perfectly for the multiple uses I need it for. Highly recommend.

well constructed and unique
Like another reviewer, I have a big collection of exercise gear, including several bands and straps designed for stretching, physical therapy and strength training exercises. I snatched up this extended length band because I do not have anything like it in my collection. I had never seen such a long band. Also, the most similar bands that I do have are made of some kind of synthetic rubber without a fabric covering. I like the fabric because it makes the band nicer to touch and hold. It looks more attractive as well.I agree that, especially for a less experienced exerciser, it would be good to have some videos or pictures of several exercises that one can do with this band. However, as an experienced home exercise person, I actually like using these things creatively.I coach my wife through some physical therapy exercises and I can already see how this will be helpful. One of her exercises is a simple pulling exercise where I hold one end of the band and she pulls on the other. With the more standard length band that we used before, the amount of resistance increases quickly as the band stretches out. With this longer band, however, the amount of resistance will stay more constant because the exercise will not take the band anywhere near its full extension. (I hope I explained that clearly enough!)I give this band a full recommendation and five stars. You can decide for yourself whether you want one, but, if you do, it is a well made product with lots of potential uses.

Well made but not sure what to do with a super long and big, not-very-stretchy band
This is a well-made, very long, very wide, fabric elastic exercise band. It doesn't have a lot of stretch, so it's kind of a cross between a typical band with lots of give and a strap with no give.I have a large collection of exercise bands, tubes and straps in various sizes and have never come across anything like this in terms of size and limited amount of stretch. I'm not sure exactly what to do with it. It's not really a strap with no give for use in stretching or isometric or bodyweight exercise. It also doesn't have the same amount of stretch as a normal elastic exercise band so that you can use it for dynamic exercise through a full range of motion. As for the size, I'm not sure how you would use that unless you're 6'5" or have hands as big as a plate.I think the seller needs to provide specific use suggestions if they want to sell many of these unless most people know and I'm just ignorant. The product description mentions stretching but I'm not sure how the slight amount of give makes this better for stretching than a typical and much cheaper stretching strap, plus it doesn't have loops to accommodate hand-holds at different lengths. I also find the 3" width makes it less comfortable to hold than the typical 1-1.5" width of a stretching strap. The product description has a laundry list of other potential uses, including chin-ups and assisted pull-ups, power lifting, pilates, full-body workouts, and physiotherapy. But I haven't yet figured out how you would use the strap for any of these, and certainly not in a way that is better than what I can do with my existing exercise bands and straps.I gave the product a 4-star rating because it's well made. If you have a specific use for a large, not-very-stretching fabric band, I would recommend it. If, like me, you don't have a specific use for it, I would pass on it.

Loooong
This is a fantastically long band. As you can see from the pictures it is twice as long as what is considered a "full length" band. This can make it tricky to find applications for it, but if you have an anchor point above your pullup bar, you could use it to provide consistent assistance through the range of motion. Sadly, I have not such thing in my apartment.Being a fabric band, it behaves a little differently from a latex band. It has a maximum extension of about 100%, at which point it does not stretch any further. If that becomes a problem for you, I would be very interested in how you are using it.The build quality is good. All of the stitching is well done and properly reinforced.

Great for assisted pull ups
I have a doorway pull-up bar and I find this band really perfect size to help me build strength with assisted pull-ups. I hook it around both of the handles that stick out on the bar, and it works perfectly!I will definitely be trying to think of more ideas with time, but so far this is mainly what I use it for. It's a great quality thick fabric band to have in your workout arsenal!
