Was leery, but with the pain I was experiencing in my heels and after trying multiple shoe inserts I decided to give them a try.After a couple of days of wearing 24/7 my pain was reduced 75% by the end of the week I had no more pain from PLANTAR FASCIITIS!Of course I had removed and washed in between wearing but would recommend buying a couple pairs.

These do seem to help. I was worried about the difficulty of putting them on, but no problem. They aren't so compressed to give any problem slipping them over my toes onto my feet. I actually bought them to help with some swelling after back surgery. They help with that minimally,however they are very effective for the plantar fasciitis.
