**Q: How do you get it to spray the first time? It won't push down.**
A: There is a place next to the apparatus that you push down.  Point the nozzle at an angle towards opening of one side of your nose.

**Q: Does it help with mucus?**
A: Depends on how severe your mucus is. It's basically just keeping your nostrils from being dry. You can try it but it didn't work for me.

**Q: How to cancel my subscription theraful cold & cough**
A: Go to your account and choose subscriptions and from their you have the option to skip or cancel

**Q: is the cap sealed with wrapping all around top, got one with no wrapping?**
A: Mine came in a box and I don’t think the cap was sealed. Just the nozzle was with a breakable little seal.
