Vflame Green - Refillable Windproof Camping Lighter - Suitable for Sailing, Survival and Outdoors

I have used Turboflame lighters for many years, originally for melting ropes ends and strap ends for “boat work”. This orange model is only my second! Unlike my first it has two jets/flames and no lock on switch, I don’t think the latter is to a detriment to the lighter as I very really used the locking switch system. The double jet/flame on the other hand is very impressive and if set up properly (using the correct gas and method) works very well. The only draw back with two jet/flames is you use x 2 the fuel so this could be an issue if your system needs to be frugal with fuel (something to think on!)all in all I very much like this orange gadget and its slight rubbery texture and fuel window.I recommend this product.

impressive lighter , dual wedged rlame is a setup beatable only from 3 , loking after it , in the meantime this is just the best lighter ever for.me .metal construction feels like CNCamazing color in the endawesome taxtile feelwell protected and smooth regulator valve , bit loose if you ask me .tint on the bevel of black parts not the most durableeasy to work one handed , I ride electric skateboard , lights up always .

I bought this lighter for my motorbike Europe trip. It was supposed to be a great product ... I bought the right recommend fuel. It did work for a couple of days and then it started to malfunction. Today I reached my limit and I crashed it against the rocks. This was supposed to be my source of fire when I needed it. I dont recommend it unless you are looking for a nice looking orange gadget. Not happy at all. Totally disappointed.Not buy.Not buy.Not buy.

Before I bought this one I tried a different one by another maker. I couldn't get it to work despite the directions.This one worked first time after following the instructions. It takes using and then refilling in my experience, before you get the right settings. And don't turn the flame down too much.

Never again taking cheap lighters and matches camping. This lighter has 2 jets and will light the most stubborn paper, twigs. Needs high quality lighter fluid and must be filled initially as it arrives empty. One you fill it the lighter needs to be left for 5 mins. to acclimatize as the pressurised butane is too cold to light. The lighter jets may then be adjusted with as mall slot headed screwdriver for optimum flame. Its bright orange with a neat flip top so shouldn't get lost it can be attached to a lanyard as well. It looks well made and time will tell if its durable or not.

Does not work reliably. Seems to be very dependent on the button action or the temperature/purity of the lighter fluid. obviously as a hiking product reliability is key.i've had another turboflame that was given to me though it was an offbrand and it similarly was unreliable. wonder whether these products especially the cheap versions of these products are unreliable.The valve is also a fairly weak metal that seems to thread and denature quite quickly when you have to twist it with a metal screwdriver (which is frequent since you need to close the valve to refill the product).my recommendation: don't scrimp on a jet lighter or face buying twice!

Good shaped lighter and good value for money. Excellent first-class customer service as I made a mistake and lost the screw that holds the case on the bottom as I turned the wrong one to adjust the flame however contacted the company and within 24 hours they sent me 2 replacement screws now that’s what I call service if everybody else on Amazon did that it would be fantastic thank you very much much appreciated

Have purchased from this brand before and Turboflame always seem to be more durable, higher quality and easier to use than similar lighters - especially for the price point. Very happy with this purchase!
