- Namaste Yoga: Primera Temporada (En Español)

I am a long-time yoga student and yoga teacher and I am enjoying these flows immensely. The choreographer has a dance background and the flows have a graceful, continuous flow style. Each segment films three women (beautiful) demonstrating with a very high production quality. Beginners will want to watch a bit before participating to become familiar with a slightly different style and vocab. The Spanish narration is beautifully done--clear and evenly modulated throughout but the series is available in English. Buyers should know that the format was filmed for television in three parts that are shorter segments that many yoga DVDs: warm-up, active flow (12 .minutes), and cool down segment for each episode. Each one is a gem and you are getting 13 episodes. Highly recommended for those looking for something gentle and beautiful to add. to their yoga library.
