Metal Resistance Band Handles Pull Up Handle with Grip Tapes, Heavy Duty Industrial Grade Steel Knurled Surface Handles for Elastic Band Workouts (Chrome)

I tried a couple of other things that I sent back... I'm old enough that I want to do pull-ups with my palms facing each other vice facing away from me. None of the bars at my gym suppport that, so I bought these. They work perfectly, and are conversation starters. I've had several people ask about them and where I got them. They're lighweight, easy to carry around (and travel with), and the wrapping that comes with them works surprisingly well and is lasting well. When that dies, I'll just cut a couple of sections of bicycle inner tube to wrap over the handles, it'll be fine. Another thing I like is that the curve is large enough that your grip is not forced to be only perpendicular to the bar, when you're hanging you can rotate your grip around slightly to whatever angle you like.Two things to be aware of: First is that these are hollow, not solid. Makes them lighter, and I've had no issue with them holding up my 185 lbs, but wanted to note that. Also, putting these over metal bars will allow them to slide left and right while you're haging. With a little use it's pretty easy to control (sometimes it's good if you want to widen or narrow your grip during a set), or if you don't like it I'd suggest a couple pieces of bicycle innuer tube again, put a piece of rubber over the bar, then put your handle over that.

I love the ease of using these handles with the bands in my home gym. It is so nice to swith bands for different resistances and doubl them up (coil in half) then grab them with the hook end of the handle on the fly. No need to have separate handles any more. This handle design is very good looking, sturdy and most importanty it is so versitile.

Helps a lot to use resistance bands. Also cheper than similar items, and option for no delivery fee. Arrived on time. I use it a lot.Excellent.

I bought these to go along with my X3 bands. They come with two rolls of grip tape as well. They have a good balanced feel and a textured grip that's not too harsh on your hands. I may put the tape on at some point with heavier bands but I haven't needed to yet.

Holds my weight, 230lbs very well. So far so good 👍
