I love this waist trainer a lot. I didn’t go through the phase where it sweats as I just received it less than an hour ago. It is well worth over the price it is selling for. Adjustability a lot of stretch I’m easily a 3x and got a XL it fit me with the logo in front. It has excellent coverage for a long torso, mine goes all the way to wear my back fat is. It looks great I went with the Black. It’s durable and seem like it will last me a while. My back is also feeling good with it on I’m also able to lay down with it, there is no rolling just adjust it and it stays up. Instantly you feel the heat from the waist trainer going to work

Honestly, I didn’t know what to expect when it came to this product. I’ve tried waist trainers in the past and they all fell short, but THIS waist trimmer is the real deal. I wore for the first time today, I only trained upper body and I was still sweating. I can’t wait to remain consistent with it and see my results once I do full body. I’m usually an XL but I sized down to a large and it fits perfectly!

Back support it’s great. It is very stretchy I am 5’6 with 178lb and it covers great. The Velcro it’s strong and it hold for a very long time even if you are sweaty. You can adjusted as much as you want. It can go over or under your clothes, either way it looks good.

Works well. Great quality doesn’t come undone. It’s comfortable and not bulky, and they have pretty color options. I hydrate, but I just don’t sweat enough and this helps me sweat!! I wanted to get rid of that stubborn belly fat. I haven’t seen dramatic changes, but I’ve seen subtle changes not on the front, but on the sides of my waist and I am pleased I will continue to wear.

There's a common misconception that wearing the sweat band while working out will actually make your waist slimmer, and while it may definitely appear that way at first, it's just making you sweat out water weight. It's not making you loose fat, and the "slimming effect" doesn't last because you'll just gain that water weight back later. Another thing I noticed was that because it made my mid sections sweat so much, it also made me break out. I found a bunch of tiny, pimple-like bumps all over my stomach the very next day.. and I showered immediately after using it. Overall, I don't think buying this is worth it. It for sure works and does what it's supposed to but the effects are not long lasting and all it did was make me sweat and then broke me out. It doesn't make you lose fat and definitely doesn't give you an hour glass shape long term.

I’ve used many different types of athletic wraps but this BY FAR took me by surprise. I wore it for two hours first day before I was pouring sweat underneath. How did I notice? No sweaty smell. No feel of wetness underneath…. but the pants I wore came up close to the bottom of the band so when I went to potty I realized I could fill a cup of water with how much sweat I accumulated. I wear it a lot with my job and for the past three days I have noticed a HUGE difference in my midline. I have told all of my friends how awesome it is and even bragged on FB. This thing is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! So worth the buy. So comfortable.

I like to use this stomach sweat band when I’m laying in my sauna blanket. This product is perfect for getting extra sweat out of specific spots, obviously like your stomach. If you sit in any type of sauna, this is really gonna concentrate the heat and make that area so I even more would be really good for workouts too. I would imagine

Very effective as far as how sweaty you can get! I have had it a few weeks and it isn't stinky, but I love how easy it is to clean/wipe down/wash/dry. I do feel like I'm starting to get some shape back as well!
