The strips didn’t stick well or peeled off quickly. What can I do?

It may be due to oily nail surfaces, residual moisture, or insufficient curing under the lamp. Please ensure your nails are dry and oil-free, and be sure to cure the strips under the LED lamp for the full recommended time.

Are the strips reusable?

No, our gel nail strips are designed for one-time use only. Reuse may result in poor adhesion or uneven results.

What should I do if a strip doesn’t fit my nail size perfectly?
